TurboSalesandLeasing.com 3 Yard Dog Goes to Career Day Employee Spotlight: Doug Stough Operations Manager Over the last nine years, Doug Stough has served as Operations Manager for Turbo Sales & Leasing. In his position, Doug is the company’s fleet manager for our terminal tractor sales and leasing customers. He also is responsible for all shop operations to ensure our customer’s vehicles are properly repaired and running smoothly. He is also fleet manager for TSL’s sister company Syfan Transport. After graduating from high school, Doug served in the U.S. Army for eight years with tours in Desert Storm/Iraq, Somalia and Haiti. Doug, who is a certified diesel mechanic, worked as a shop manager for two companies prior to joining Turbo Sales & Leasing. Doug and his wife, Shana, have two daughters, Kami, 11, and KyLee, 9. Away from work, Doug enjoys fishing. The students at Chicopee Woods Elementary got to check out one of our terminal tractors during career day. We had a great time telling all the kids what terminal tractors do and letting them get a close look. Featured Terminal Tractor The military-themed Corporal Klinger Terminal Tractor is painted Army Green. It is named after the M*A*S*H TV show character Max Klinger played by actor Jamie Farr.
