TurboSalesandLeasing.com 2 Employee Spotlight: Robbin Dorminey National Sales Robbin Dorminey has been a member of the Turbo Sales & Leasing staff since 2007. She currently serves in National Sales. Having worked in transportation for 25 years, Robbin started with Turbo in outside sales for semi-truck service prior to our company’s evolution into today’s dealership focusing on terminal tractors and trailer sales. “I strive to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction,” she said. A favorite quote of Robbin’s is from Mahatma Gandhi: “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” It’s a philosophy she likes to follow day by day. Robbin is a graduate of Habersham Central High School and the former North Georgia College (today known as University of North Georgia). She and her husband, Greg, have a son, Matthew Whyte. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, kayaking and playing with her poodle “babies” Abel, Nolee, and Gracie. “Our Customers Say It Best...” “I would like to thank (Robbin Dorminey) and all the staff at Turbo. Since we purchased our first TICO terminal tractor here at the Gainesville, Ga., location, we have had zero work-related injuries. Before purchasing our TICO, our truck spotting position was a revolving door, drivers always having knee problems from climbing up and down from trucks all day. The drivers also were always having shoulder problems from rolling trailer legs up and down all day. We could not keep drivers in our truck spotting positions. “In the last two years since getting our TICOs, we have kept the same two drivers, with no knee or shoulder pains. We now have drivers wanting to transfer to those positions when available. In addition, you guys have been very responsive to all our mechanical needs, and always have a spare truck for us if needed. Thanks again for all you do. We couldn’t be happier with the working relationship we have with each other.” Jamie Moody, Live Haul Manager Mar-Jac Poultry, Gainesville, Ga.
