Turbo Talk SPRING 2019 In early February this year, Turbo Sales & Leasing completed a 2,500-foot expansion at our headquarters in Gainesville, Ga. In addition to adding more room, we reorganized our space for better efficiency. For example, TSL created a “Dog House” moving our Sales, Fleet Management, Maintenance and Operations all into one large room. This reorganization has already led to better communications between departments and faster response time for customers’ needs. “We really like the layout of our workspace,” said Chris Smith, General Manager and Vice President of Dealer Operations. “It improved our internal communications and how we communicate with customers. Of course, faster response time from us is critical to eliminate downtime for our customers.” Turbo Sales & Leasing Completes Office Expansion of the cab. This allows for Turbo Sales & Leasing now has all its departments working in one room which provides quicker response to customers. TSL is a warranty center for TICO and Cummins. Turbo Sales & Leasing serves the metro Atlanta area as a warranty center for TICO terminal tractors and Cummins engines. “We offer the advantage of being a one-stop, in-house warranty repair center that not only leases terminal tractors but keeps them fine-tuned to assure the least amount of downtime in a company’s warehousing operations,” said Doug Stough, TSL Fleet Director.
